We’re proud to serve our community by keeping homes clean, healthy, and ready for the moments that matter most. By scheduling or receiving services from Home Clean Heroes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. What We Do
Home Clean Heroes teams clean your home using our Certified Cleaning System, designed to make your home shine while keeping it safe and healthy.
We use eco-friendly, proven cleaning products and materials that are safe for your family, your home, and the environment.
2. Service Limitations
To help our teams deliver their best work:
Please ensure your home is free of clutter so our Heroes can spend their time cleaning.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot clean or remove bodily fluids, feces, mold, or other hazardous matter.
We do not clean dishes or laundry, and we do not move large furniture (such as sofas, tables, beds, or dressers) to clean underneath or behind.
If conditions prevent us from completing your scheduled service, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your cleaning.
Some specialty tasks may be available as Add-On Services upon request.
3. Hero Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority.
If you feel your cleaning didn’t meet expectations, notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we’ll return promptly to make it right — free of charge.
That’s our Hero Guarantee.
4. About Our Heroes
All Home Clean Heroes team members are:
Bonded, insured, and background-checked for your peace of mind.
Trained and certified through our Home Clean Heroes Cleaning Specialist Program.
If any damage or issue occurs, our team will document it and report it immediately.
Please contact our office within 24 hours if you notice any damage or concerns so we can assess and resolve it directly with you.
5. Cleaning Equipment & Materials
Our grime-fighters arrive fully equipped with professional-grade tools and supplies, including our color-coded microfiber system to avoid cross-contamination.
If you prefer specific products or equipment, we’re happy to use them — provided they can be handled safely. Please note, Home Clean Heroes cannot be responsible for any damage or equipment failure when using customer-supplied products.
6. Conditions of Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.
Our preferred payment method is credit card on file, which is charged after your cleaning.
A paid receipt will be emailed once your payment is processed.
Accounts not paid prior to service may result in cancellation unless alternate arrangements are approved by management.
Other payment terms may be granted at our discretion.
7. No Commitment, No Contract
We’re confident you’ll love your clean — no long-term contracts required!
You’re free to cancel at any time. (Note: some promotional offers may require a minimum number of cleanings to qualify.)
8. Arrival & Scheduling Times
We do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule. However:
Arrival and completion times are approximate and may vary due to traffic or other unforeseen factors.
Upon request, our team can call or text 15–30 minutes prior to arrival.
9. Rescheduling, No Access & Late Cancellation Policy
Please notify us of changes or cancellations by 4:00 PM the day prior to your scheduled cleaning.
Same-day cancellations or instances where our team cannot access your home will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
Frequent short-notice cancellations may affect your recurring cleaning schedule.
10. Add-On Services & Special Requests
Add-on services (such as interior windows, ovens, or refrigerator cleanings) are available upon request and priced based on scope.
Please submit add-on or special requests at least 3 business days in advance of your scheduled cleaning.
11. Access & Home Security
Your home’s security is our priority.
Please provide clear access instructions (lockbox, door code, etc.) before your service. Our team will ensure all entry points are secured when we leave.
12. Damages
While rare, accidents can happen.
If an item is damaged during cleaning, we will work with you to repair, replace, or reimburse as appropriate. All claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.
13. Privacy
Your trust is important to us. We only use your personal information to manage your cleaning services and communications.
We never sell or share customer data. Additional information about the privacy policy can be found at the link below.
14. Third-Party Platforms & Social Media
Our company may use social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram for marketing, communication, and customer engagement.
We are not owned by, operated by, or affiliated with Facebook, Meta Platforms, or any of their subsidiaries or products.
The presence of our business or advertisements on Facebook or other platforms does not imply endorsement or involvement by Facebook.
Your interaction with such platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
15. Service Adjustments
We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the home’s condition, size, or special needs differ significantly from the initial estimate. Any changes will be discussed and approved before work begins.
